FAQ

  • Do you design outside of Iowa?

Absolutely! While we live and work in the heart of the Midwest, we serve clients both nationwide and internationally.

  • Do you offer Remote Design?

Yes! We offer Remote Design as an alternative to our full-service, in-person option. Our Remote Design package includes customized moodboards, shoppable links, design advice and more.

  • How do I pay?

All clients will receive invoices via email that will direct them to a payment portal. Additionally, we accept cash, check and Venmo.

  • What is the timeline for a project?

Timelines can vary based on the service purchased, scope of the proposal and current project queue. Please inquire for a more accurate estimate.

  • What is procurement?

Procurement is the ordering, receiving and installation of interior furnishings. In other words, we will take care of designing, ordering, storing and delivering any materials, decor, lighting, furnishings, etc to our job sites for clients.

  • Do you provide or share links for products?

We love sharing links to products, decor and other items we personally use and recommend, as well as some of our favorite styling pieces. However, we don't share any primary project sources out of respect for our clients, who have purchased these designs.

  • I only need help with furniture/decor...can you help?

We’d love to! Our services range from full service to giving quick advice for paint colors, furniture layout, selections, and more! Inquire to discuss what options work best for your specific project.

  • We already have a builder, can we still hire you?

Of course! We love getting to collaborate with all trades and have years of experience within the building industry. We are happy to work alongside the team you’ve already built and act as an advocate for your vision.

  • How early is too early to reach out?

It’s never too early to reach out! The earlier the better in our opinion. Although pricing for specific materials may change, getting the vision and design direction nailed down is always best before any construction gets underway.
